Starting every Monday through April 30, the MAK Center will be presenting a seminar series with Theirry de Duve, art historian extraordinaire. The center is saying that the seminars will “focus on a particular episode in this passage and its theoretical interpretation, ranging from the 19th century French Salon to the birth and death of ‘non-art’, or from theories of the avant-garde to opposing readings of minimal art.” Sounds pretty rad (and heady).
