Well, we have an opportunity for you: this Thursday evening as a part of our trip out East, we’re going to be setting up shop at a NoLita’s Sweet & Vicious for some drinks and good times.

Bobby shared this on The Fox Is Black earlier today but we wanted to make sure you guys–those New York Angelenos or fans of Los Angeles in NYC or simply people who have read LAIY at some point–were aware that we are doing a little event. If all goes well with this (AKA, it is easy and people show up) we’ll definitely do similar, easy programming in Los Angeles where we just give a time and place and we all just meet up and get cocktails. Of course, in Los Angeles we’d know the place so please don’t judge us if S&V is just OK or not actually that cool: we just wanted a Midtown spot that holds a lot of people and has cocktails.

So, to recap: Thursday, June 14, from 7PM to 11PM at Sweet & Vicious in New York City we will be holding drinking office hours and hope to meet you guys. Bring friends and prepare that “I’m Going To Be At Work Late…” e-mail for Friday morning.
