Julie Ann is a local designer who makes some really cute, nice cards that we would all be delighted to get in the mail. They’re very straightforward and simple and use eye catching phrases to express normal card ideas. Her work is a bit reminiscent of Ashkahn‘s cards but relies more on words as her eyecatching imagery. She makes really fun alternatives to your normal greeting cards.

Her design aesthetic in creating work is very simple and very often ~*~cUtEsY~*~ without being cheesy. They have a distinctly lighthearted feel to them intended to make any recipient give a little chuckle when they open the envelope. Her card catalogue is extensive too: her selection ranges from the nebulous apology card (“Sorry I Effed Up”) to the very specific, proposal-like bridesmaid request card (“Will You Be My Bitch For A Day Bridesmaid?”).
