Starting Sunday at Playa as a part of their Baja Chef Series is Benito Molina of Manzanilla. He’ll be cooking with Chef Sedlar through Tuesday, September 25. Molina’s cooking is very reflective of Ensenada so get ready for lots of delightful fish!
