On the tenth day of Holiday, my LA friend gave to me: Hi Tree log roll pillows.
Who Would This Be Great For? The literal LA nature child. The Los Angeles little boy or girl who loves to go for hikes with his or her parent(s) and is a big fan of the outdoors. The child’s parents have urged friends and family to no longer give gifts related to real plants or outdoor exploring as their home has become a little too dirty. Literally.
Who Is Giving This Gift? The uncle or aunt with an eye for local craft who wants to please the kid and the parent.
Why This Gift? Hi Tree’s woodland kids decoration and gifts are just so dang cute. It’s always a bit troubling when shopping for a kid because you want something cool and that represents you and that isn’t cheesy or easy-to-go-stale. The log roll pillows are fun and get the idea of outdoor activity but by way of a soft wool. If you want to take things a step further, you can get the kid a little tree stump keychain and felted coasters for the parents.
Where Can You Get It? These are available on Hi Tree’s Etsy page. There are a lot of other cute gifts available as well, all of which have a woodsy slant to them, too.
