You might have known Father John Misty before Father John Misty was around. His former incarnations included J. Tillman, the drummer for Fleet Foxes, and a long-time Los Angeles resident. However, since the emergence of Father John Misty, it seems that things are really heating up. His debut album, Fear Fun, under the new moniker just released on Sub Pop a little over a week ago, on May 1st.
